Fleetwood Town have offered new deals to three players, including Ched Evans, as they prepare for the transfer window. The club has also released seven players, including Matty Virtue and James Norwood. The released players will leave the club after the end of their League Two campaign. Ched Evans, 37, is in his third spell with Fleetwood and scored six goals in 48 games last term. He is one of three players who have been offered new deals, along with Ronan Coughlan and Harrison Neal. Coughlan, 29, was the club's second top scorer in the 2024-25 campaign before rupturing his Achilles tendon in January of that season. He returned to league action in November and managed 15 appearances, scoring twice. Neal, 24, arrived in January 2025 from Carlisle and played all but three of Town's league games in 2025-26. The club has also triggered an option to retain 20-year-old midfielder George Morrison. Fleetwood have also made 30-year-old defender Toby Mullarkey available for transfer after joining from Crawley Town last summer. He made 27 appearances in 2025-26. The club finished 15th in the table, one place below the previous campaign.
